Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders for delivery to the India. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance thereof. Dispatch of the products by us constitutes acceptance of the order by us and the commencement of our contract to supply. Your contract for supply is with Parnanetra Maarketing Pvt. Ltd.  Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms.

Our Commitment

Parnanetra Maarketing Pvt. Ltd.  is committed to supplying high quality products to recreational gardeners, Farmers and households for personal use and not for resale. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Parnanetra Maarketing Pvt. Ltd.  will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular item.

Availability

We will endeavor only to offer products which we expect to have in stock and available for ordering, but all items are subject to availability. Products & Packing that become unavailable will not be selectable on our website.

Delivery

For products approximate delivery dates are detailed on their product pages and on order acknowledgements. While we will do our very best to make delivery within this timeframe, weather conditions may cause delivery dates to vary. In the event that your order is likely to be delayed by over 2 weeks from the indicated delivery window, we will write to you and advise new delivery times. However, it is also possible that products may be dispatched earlier than indicated.

Most products orders are shipped within 2 working day of receipt of order.

Delivery Charges

All such delivery charges are shown separately and added automatically to your shopping basket. Special conditions apply to certain postcodes and product types.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Care department within 7 working days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost. We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost. 

Payment and Vouchers

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, Net banking, UPI. If you wish to pay by cheque you will need to post your order to us. Please note that your account will be debited/cheque cashed on receipt of your order by us. If your card issuer or bank refuses to authorize payment to us, we will contact you for further instructions. We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery. Refunds are only payable to the purchaser of the goods.

Online vouchers and order codes are personal to each individual and any inappropriate use is fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any vouchers or order codes at any time. Please note that Vouchers cannot be used as a payment method for the purchase of more Gift Vouchers, in full or in part. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no face value.

FREE Vouchers

Please note that when we offer FREE vouchers to the value specified, either in catalogues, in your order confirmation, or within your delivery of goods, each voucher will be a promotional voucher. Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, although we reserve the right to allow use of promotional vouchers with specific other promotional offers should we wish to do so.

Prices

Prices reflect the latest prices for all products. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices include GST, if applicable.

If, in error, a product(s) has been priced inaccurately, either at unit level or through the activation of a promotion, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the inaccurate price. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the item(s) in question.

Savings

Where SAVE * is shown, please note that savings are based on the equivalent of multiples of the cheapest pack size.

Endangered Species / Genetic Modification

We will not knowingly offer for sale endangered species harvested from the wild or any genetically modified products or banned products and services. Example - alcohol, e-cigarettes, pornographic content, crypto-currency

New and Exclusive

Where an item is defined as 'New' it is new to our range. Where an item is defined as 'Exclusive' it means that this item is believed to only be available in this form from us and our associated brands.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of our catalogues and web pages are owned or controlled by us. In accessing our web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium) transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of our web pages for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

Third Party Information

We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for our products are those stated within our catalogues and website. We will not be bound to prices quoted by shopping directories or other media.

100% Customer Satisfaction or Your Money Back

We promise to supply products in prime condition. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted upon receipt of your order, please advise us by email or in writing within 7 days and we will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or credit, or refund the purchase price. Please note that any manufactured goods must be returned if you require a refund. It would be helpful if photographic evidence is provided when requesting a refund or replacement.

Please advise us promptly as this allows a replacement to be sent (subject to availability) and to ensure you still have time to achieve total satisfaction from your purchases.

Product Reviews

For full product review terms and conditions. Please note that by submitting a review you agree to us owning the rights to publish your review in any marketing / promotional material at our sole discretion.

Images and Video

Any images or video materials submitted through any digital channels will become, by default, the copyright of Parnanetra Maarketing Pvt Ltd and its Group of companies. We may use your image for the foreseeable future in any marketing literature either online or in paper format.
